Estimated Delivery Times:

It is important to note that delivery times can vary depending on the customization of the product you have ordered. Typically, our dedicated team takes approximately 6 to 8 working days to meticulously create and deliver your product. However, if you are in a hurry, we offer expedited shipping for a small additional fee, which ensures delivery within 4 to 6 working days. Please bear in mind that orders placed after 1 p.m. will be considered part of the next day’s queue. For custom orders, the timeline extends to 12 to 15 business days. Our operational days are from Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Shipped Products:

Once your order is shipped and we provide a tracking number, the responsibility shifts to you to stay updated through the courier company. If, for any reason, the courier company puts your order on hold or attempts delivery when you are not available, it is imperative for you to establish contact with them. We strongly advise that you keep an eye on your order using the provided tracking ID/number. In case of multiple failed delivery attempts, the courier company may have to dispose of the parcel, and we cannot assume responsibility in such circumstances.

Therefore, we exercise our right to select reputable courier companies that we can trust. DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Sky-net are the companies we entrust with this vital responsibility.

Dealing with a Damaged Parcel:

While we put great effort into ensuring the quality of your product, unforeseen circumstances can lead to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product reaching you. In such cases, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer care department within 30 days of receiving the parcel. To safeguard your eligibility for our return, exchange, or refund policy, please refrain from using or removing any product tags. Understanding Import Duties and Taxes:

We have some good news for our US customers! You won’t need to worry about paying customs charges, as all our orders are delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that customers are responsible for covering customs charges based on their respective countries’ regulations. The majority of countries treat our orders as gifts, resulting in no custom import charges. However, it’s vital for you, as the customer, to verify your country’s customs policy, as we do not include local taxes or import duties in the product’s price.

  4. If your order includes both customized and non-customized products, please be aware that the customized items may take a bit longer to craft and deliver. The standard delivery time will apply to non-customized items in such cases.
  5. Once your order has been dispatched, any changes to the delivery address are beyond our control. If you need to make adjustments, please contact the respective courier company for guidance or a potential solution.
  6. For customers residing in remote areas, there may be an additional charge of approximately $25 to ensure your delivery reaches you securely.
